Important Updates and Compensation Measures for JASION Customers

We hope this message finds you well. Here at JASION, we deeply appreciate your ongoing support and patience as we strive to provide you with the best service and products.

**1. X-Hunter Orders Shipment:**
We are delighted to inform you that all January orders of the JASION X-Hunter have been successfully shipped (except for the blue variant). We extend our sincere gratitude for your patience during the waiting period.

**2. Compensation Measures for X-Hunter Shortages:**
In response to the previous stock shortages of the JASION X-Hunter, we launched a special initiative on December 6, 2023. For customers who purchased the X-Hunter electric bicycle after December 6, 2023, and have not yet received their orders, we introduced two compensation options (choose one, as these offers cannot be combined):
- Each newly purchased X-Hunter electric bicycle now comes with an additional 2 baskets as compensation.
- Each bicycle is eligible for a $50 refund.

If you have participated in this activity, kindly reach out to us at support@jasionbike.com after receiving your X-Hunter to indicate your preferred compensation option.

**3. Limited-Time Opportunity:**
Please note that this compensation activity is only applicable to orders placed before March 12, 2024. The opportunity to participate is limited, so we encourage interested users to take action promptly! Once the activity period expires, these compensation measures will no longer be available.

**Blue X-Hunter Out of Stock:**
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen delays from our suppliers in delivering the necessary materials, we are experiencing a shortage of blue X-Hunter. If you wish to change your order color or prefer to wait, please contact us at support@jasionbike.com. We anticipate a new batch to arrive by March 12th.

We apologize for any inconvenience these circumstances may cause and assure you that we are working diligently to resolve them as swiftly as possible.

I ordered the x-hunter combo on March 6th and the x-hunter is on back order. What do I need to do to get the 2 baskets as compensation. it says if i ordered before march 6th that I can get 2 free baskets with my order since it is on backorder. Order #JR8130 thank you!
