The threads on the left crank arm of my son's Jasion Eb5 got stripped somehow & I notified Jasion & they were excellent to deal with. I was searching for a replacement arm, but they sent one with a new set of pedals for a reasonable charge (basically what another brand arm would've cost plus shipping). We took the old one off, installed the new one (& the pedals) and it's doing great again! Jasion customer service treated us right!
I enjoy this bike, how fast the table to go the sleek design, and the price is unbeatable!!!

this is my first e-bike, it seems work wonderfully so far after about 40 miles on Odometer. I like the pedal assist in lower gears especially since it is often the most problematic for me taking off due to knee problems.
the only issue I have found so far was the location of the key is some times difficult to insert because it is under the frame. Also didnt like that I didnt know ahead of time that I needed to Sign for delivery. Had to send to local FedEx/kinkos and go pick it up, instead of taking a day off work.
Comfortable and easy to ride. I feel like a kid again!
First ride this morning. Excellent ride. I will need a rear brake adjustment.
I really recommend this bike for its ease of use.
The seats are comfy and since the handlebars are adjustable, you can choose how upright you prefer to sit.

So much fun. As an older couple, we love the pedal assist. It gets us out to the trails more.
So far bike rides very exceptional, everything on it is perfect. EXCEPT FOR the key placement and have the option of getting a bigger softer seat. I have a fear that over time the starter will get loose and the key will fall out over a tiny bump in the road. So I made a velcro strap to make sure it never falls out. And the seat could be a little more softer and bigger. Bought for my friend doesn't have a license and needed to get to work.

the design of everything on this bike is way above comparable bikes in the same price point.
Great bikes. Plenty fast enough for my wife and I. Easy assembly. Easy to get on the road. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the seats. Other than that, perfect.
