What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Generally, your order will be shipped within one business day after the order is placed, and package shipping will take approximately 3-5 days.
What is the difference between EB7 2.0 and EB7 ST?
The EB7 ST has a new design step-through with a lower span than before, it is more suitable for older people or people with physical limitations to ride.
Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 90% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

So far we are LOVING our E-Bikes... Thank you Jasion. My husband heard about the Jasion brand of E-Bikes and he went for it buying the Jasion EB7-ST combo. We headed on a coastal vacation to try them out, was awesome! Not even a hour after riding it he went online to buy the HUNTER combo... Most of our time will be spent riding at home out on the farm... Our younger teenagers ride them just fine... they are a little big for our youngest child (9) if anyone was curious. The peddle assist is awesome - still get that ride in like you like and with gears you can get some work in too. As for my husband I think he will choose to just use the throttle :)

My husband and I are retired. We are enjoying the bikes. We are able to be out and about while camping in the rv park we are staying at.
For the price for two Jasion bikes I would have only have been able to buy one bike of the competitors that have the same design.
We have 9 mile on our bikes sofar super happy with purchase.
We can't get enough time in! We love our Jasion Ebikes! A great way to explore and it's awesome being able to choose the level of workout vs. power assist wanted. It really adds more enjoyment to my ride. The bikes are well built, made with a high-quality standard. The bikes were easy to assemble, and two fit easily in my mid-size SUV. We've gotten a lot of inquiries from other cyclists because the folding feature is a game-changer. We're planning to map out the top East Coast bike trails as well as touring some of the cities in our region. These bikes are great on the road and dirt trails. SO FUN!

Our bikes arrived the same day packaged perfectly and easy to upack and assemble. They're easy to get used to and we are enjoying the freedom to explore with the extra power to keep us on the move. We are about 60 yrs. old and not ready to slow down, these bikes give us portability in the folding feature, durability, ergonomic comfort, long lasting power, and confidence to keep going.
Nice bike
We have had our ebikes for 4 days now. The bikes were 99% complete when we un boxed them. the packing of the bikes was great, no nicks or scratches to be found. We let them charge over night and went for a ride the next morning. The instructions on completing them was good. I have been riding mine back and forth to work each day. I woulg recommend these bikes to my friends.
