At the 5th speed setting, it only takes 2 seconds to reach 28MPH. The motor coil structure is 17*5, designed with a sinusoidal wave structure, and the motor can rotate at 550 revolutions per minute in a one-minute scenario. The sinusoidal wave structure allows you to easily control riding speeds from 1 to 5 gears. What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Customer service and bike quality were exceptional. I really love my new bike. They are extremely practical
I was worried it might be too big for the Roamer but it has worked out great. Once we cinched it up per video we are quite happy with the carrier...the Roamer is a great buy especially for the money....
We have received the bicycles in time and the boxes were a little dented and only one fender had a little dent. Likelynthe company would send a replacement, but we didnt bother complaining about it as it is not that visible.
The motor is very strong and the bike goes fast!
The chain and gear adjustments can be tricky, but a bicycle shop could help if you needed.
The company also send extra pneers, as one of the bike deliveries was slightly delayed, excellent service and recommended highly.
Reasonably easy to finish the assembly. Blue color and design is great. Performs like a gem. There's a learning curb for us with the PAS as it's our first e-bike. More speed than we'll ever need. Wife is enjoying it 100%. Bike #2 is on its way. 😃

I have not received the eb st roamer yet since it was on presale. Therefore, nothing is wrong as of yet but you cannot write a review on something you don’t have yet. When I receive the ST from you and get it set up, I will write a review on them. Thanks Dave
I bought the Roamer e-bike combo and am very impressed. The installation was easy and took less than an hour. I received both in about 5 days of placing the order, which was very order friendly. Jepson was very good to walk me through the order process and answer any questions I had. We took our first ride of any distance today since the weather was nice. Both bikes performed beyond expectation. The ride was very comfortable and they have plenty of power. These bikes have all the extras you need for day and night rides.
I bought 4 bikes for my family. 3 roamer, two in female style, and one 2.0
My family loves them. We live in hill country in tn and they power up hills with ease. We had an issue with a broken wire and Jasion shipped a new one with no cost and zero issues. If you want to get started with e-bikes without breaking the bank, these are the ones.
It has been pretty cold here in Ohio, so we have not been able to ride our bikes much. We have been out for a couple of short rides and are very impressed with the bikes and alll the extras that come with them!
