Independently Developed Rear Hub High-Speed Motor
1100W High-Power Motor
At the 5-speed setting, it takes only 2 seconds to reach 28MPH. The motor coil structure is 17*5, utilizing a sine wave design, and the motor can achieve a speed of 550 revolutions per minute in a one-minute scenario. The sine wave structure allows you to easily control riding speeds from 1 to 5. The 1st-speed setting feels more like traditional bicycle riding while providing electric assistance. JasionBike's rear hub motor has obtained international certification according to ISO 2849 standards.

Samsung 48V11A Battery
Featuring the newly developed 18650 battery cells from Samsung SDI, each lithium-ion single cell has a diameter of 18 millimeters and a length of 65 millimeters, combined to form a 48V11A configuration. Jasion Bike utilizes a spring-loaded, quickly detachable sealed design, achieving an IPX-6 waterproof rating. The battery is removable for charging, and it has received international UL 2271 certification, while the entire vehicle is certified under UL2847 international standards.

Jasion's exclusive design of left and right turn signals is not found in other electric bikes on the market. When a turn is needed, simply gently activate the turn signal button on the handlebars to let vehicles behind you know your turning intention, thereby safeguarding your commuting safety. Even if the lighting system is not in use, the left and right turn signals can remain active, ensuring you receive consistent warnings and protection throughout your journey.

We provide local pickup and UPS, USPS, FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.

All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Everything as advertised and more great packaging
We bought these to take on camping trips with us. Easy to setup with the YouTube video from the website. Lots of fun 😁 Kids want some of their own now. Not sure how it does on long distance since we aren't using it for a long commute. Love that we can remove the batteries to charge or charge directly on the bikes.
I am impressed with the quality. It was very well packaged, and easy to assemble
We ordered the Eb5 combo. We got David’s bike within a week but my green ST is back ordered hopefully the 15th. Anyhow David’s bike is AWESOME not a single thing wrong with it. We love it!!! Can’t wait for mine so we can cruise together. Thanks a lot you guys. Beautiful product. I love the matte black.

Quality
Purchased the combo EB5 Roamer and EB5 Roamer ST. At time of purchase was told they would be shipped in 3-5 business days. Received notice that may purchase was shipped. Upon arrival, only one bike was received. Upon calling customer service, was told the other bike was back ordered and they hoped to ship it by the end of the month. Nothing was ever mentioned at the time of purchase that the ST was back ordered. Specifically bought these bikes because they would arrive before a planned riding event next week. So much for those plans.
On the positive side, the bike that was received was easily assembled. Love the power that it has. Much better than my Sondors with a 350w motor. My one complaint is the derailer didn’t come proper set and it greatly scratched the hub when put into 1st gear while riding.
We hope they stand behind the statement that the other bike will arrive by the end of the month so we will have it for a mid-April camping trip.
If not for non notification of the ST being back ordered, I would rate the purchase and products a 5 star.
