What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
It will take 4-5 hours.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Generally, your order will be shipped within one business day after the order is placed, and package shipping will take approximately 3-5 days.
What is the difference between EB7 2.0 and EB7 ST?
The EB7 ST has a new design step-through with a lower span than before, it is more suitable for older people or people with physical limitations to ride.
Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 95% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

I love this Jasion eb7 bike and it's well-built and rides smoothly. The bike comes with a 1-year warranty and a manual with all the necessary information. The battery takes four to five hours to fully charge and can be charged while still attached to the bike. It's worth buying!

This bike is amazing maybe a little to big for my 10 year year old but he loves it!
We've had the bikes for a couple weeks now and so glad we made this purchase! They went together fairly easy and are good solid bikes. They ride nice and are happy with the pickup and speed. Haven't gone long range yet but don't see why it would be different from the distance stated for these bikes. I ordered over the phone with Jake and he was super helpful and professional, a true asset to the Jasion Company.

We love the bikes. Purchased 2 bikes white and black. The black one was on back order but was not told till we called when we received the white one. We received the black one 1 week later. The black one had a broken light call and emailed support and received a new light within a week. Very pleased with them.
