What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

What is the difference between EB7 2.0 and EB7 ST?
The EB7 ST has a new design step-through with a lower span than before, it is more suitable for older people or people with physical limitations to ride.
Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 95% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

I use this Jasion EB7 2.0 e-bike for transportation around airports. The bike weighs around 60-65 pounds and it's easy to store in the back seat of an airplane. It is a good alternative to other forms of transportation. eb7 2.0 is a great value for the money.

Just got back from the Gulf Shores in Alabama. Took our full sized bikes which was awkward so I bought these EB7’s. I feel for the money these bikes work for me and I like the way they fold and handle. Plus you sit more upright which relieves pressure on your wrist.
Purchased a pair of EB7 2.0 last summer, after 2 of my brothers also purchased Jasion EBikes. So between us we own 3 different versions. All have been great fun and reliable. Have almost 200 miles on them so far.
We bought two of the EB7 2.0s as Christmas presents for our sons. They were delivered on time. One of them arrived with a defective (flat) innertube. Jasion immediately sent me a new tube and a link to YouTube on how to replace it. It looked intimidating since it was the rear wheel, but it turned out to be a very easy fix and took only about 15-20 minutes. If you ever get a flat, don't worry, it's easy to change the tire and/or inner tube. I did opt to replace the stock seat with the "Saddle" - very comfortable and easy to swap out. Bikes are easy to store and take up very little room in my garage, even without folding them in half. The rack on the back is great for transporting stuff after quick runs to the store. We have had cold weather for weeks now and the battery holds up very well, even in "0 degree" temps and hilly conditions. Lights are very bright! These will be great at Panama City Beach, both on the beach and making trips to the stores/restaurants. Very satisfied with these bikes.

Its comfortable design and impressive performance make commuting hassle-free and efficient.
Since day one of assembly we have road in the day and night, from riding on blacktop to riding on local trails and gravel roads, definitely worth the purchase. Have had few road minor accidents but they still seem to be holding up fairly well. We have had ours almost 40mph, average about 28 without pedaling, I do wish I’d went with the Hunter version for more power, I find that if we do a lot of off-roading onto steeper terrain, they’re not powerful enough, but for just normal everyday riding we zoom all over our neighborhood.

Easy to assemble. Easy to use
We love these bikes! Although heavy and took about 60 to 90 min to put together (instructions not great but can figure it out), it is a good solid bike. We have gotten it up to 30mph. Have not tried folding and transporting it anywhere yet, but seems like folding it to put together was very hard. Maybe it will loosen with time and use. Recommend the bike for the price.
