At the 5th speed setting, it only takes 2 seconds to reach 28MPH. The motor coil structure is 17*5, designed with a sinusoidal wave structure, and the motor can rotate at 550 revolutions per minute in a one-minute scenario. All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

Love these bikes! Have my husband back out riding and enjoying the exercise!
After a lot of research I decided on purchasing 2 of the EB5 ST's for my wife and my self. This is our second set of e-bikes, the first being the foldable ones. I must say my wife and I both love all the features and the look that these bikes have. Unfortunately there were some issues with shipping, scratched paint and a broken display bracket but customer support has been very helpful in resolving the problems. We haven't been able to enjoy our bikes because where we are it is very cold and snowy right now, but we're looking forward to being able to enjoy them when it gets nicer.
It is a great bike and very easy to assemble.We bought two bikes for our wedding anniversary. It is a great way to spend time together doing something fun and active. We are considering buying another set for our Lake home.

I went to bike stores, looked on line and found for my money the Jasion bike was best choice for my money. I called Jasion company and asked questions about the EB 5 Roamer and the the person I spoke to, Jenson, was very knowledgeable about the bike. I ordered 2, one for me and one for my wife. I was shocked how nice they are, easy to put together, very well made. It does everything the info said.
We love our new bikes. Upon arrival one piece was broken and I called customer service and they sent another piece right away.
Jasion Ebike®Combo Sale EB5 Roamer ST*2
We received our bikes as expected and both arrived without any damage. We are not exceptionally handy assembling anything so we were concerned about having to assemble the bikes. My “un-handy” husband was able to assemble each bike in less than one hour using the instruction manual that was upon request. We live in a very hilly area and at our age of 70 and 75 our manual bikes were beginning to be a challenge. We both feel like a younger version of ourselves as we zip up hills with absolutely no problem. The step-through feature is an added bonus since my husband has had two hip replacement. The bikes are comfortable with adjustable suspension and come with safety features as a horn, headlight, turn and brake signals. The bikes were easy to learn how to operate and have plenty of ptfor our hilly terrain. The throttle is especially helpful when we need to start uphill. The battery can be brought inside to charge and we like the keyed lock. We have already planned a 4-day overnight bike trip with friends and look forward to many new adventures with these incredible bikes. We spent a long time researching what features we wanted and our EB5 Roamer checked off all the boxes at an incredible price.
I bought the Jasion Ebike®Combo Sale EB5 Roamer ST*2. The bikes came within 6 days of being ordered. They were packaged well with only minor scrapes. Right out of the box, the pedal assist and throttle were too strong, but after finding out how to lower the power setting [P0 8] they have been great.
