At the 5th speed setting, it only takes 2 seconds to reach 28MPH. The motor coil structure is 17*5, designed with a sinusoidal wave structure, and the motor can rotate at 550 revolutions per minute in a one-minute scenario. The sinusoidal wave structure allows you to easily control riding speeds from 1 to 5 gears. Samsung 48V11A Battery
Utilizing Samsung SDI's newly developed 21750 cells, each lithium-ion cell has a diameter of 21 millimeters and a length of 75 millimeters, forming a 48V11A configuration. What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We don’t have any previous experience to relate to our new bikes, but they definitely make biking enjoyable! The PAS settings are maybe a little fast for us, where if you keep pedaling the electric bike takes you to the maximum speed for the power level. Pretty easy to assemble and set up, We already have 20 miles on them just tiling around town, the battery indicator just dropped off of full, so it looks like we can go for quite a ride yet before recharging.
Arrived on time. About thirty minutes each to assemble. . Fun & comfortable to ride. Can’t wait to take them on our next camping trip.

We were extremely skeptical about these. The deal seemed TOO good. Your bikes will be shipped separate, and if one color is in stock and the other isn’t, there will be a delay in between bikes. Pretty standard I suppose but just a heads up. Customer service was great about keeping us in the loop when we asked. Even made a last minute change to our order which they didn’t have to do. When our bikes arrived our mouths were on the floor lol. The quality is truly great. We put them together ourselves but ended up taking them to a bike shop to be sure they were right. Even the owners were impressed with the quality, especially when we told them the price. Not to mention the amount of add ons that come with it. It comes with headlights/taillights, a turn signal, an electric horn, and a rear rack. That would have all cost at least a couple hundred if not more to buy ourselves. We have had so much fun as a family with these. Couldn’t recommend more!
Give the customer service people some grace, they will get to you and they will fix it if there’s an issue.
Once again I changed the ordered to the Jasion Ebike®Combo Sale X-Hunter (blue) +EB7 ST (white). I have received the EB7 ST (white). We love both of them but your customer service is pitiful. The right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing and nether of them is interested in working though the problem. Look at all the emails and phone calls it took to ship us two bikes. If you would like to talk about this please call me.
