14-Day Trail Policy

At the 5th speed setting, it only takes 2 seconds to reach 28MPH. The motor coil structure is 17*5, designed with a sinusoidal wave structure, and the motor can rotate at 550 revolutions per minute in a one-minute scenario. The sinusoidal wave structure allows you to easily control riding speeds from 1 to 5 gears. The 1st gear speed feels more like traditional bicycle riding and provides electric assistance, allowing you to enjoy the pleasure of riding without exerting extra effort

Samsung 48V11A Battery
Utilizing Samsung SDI's newly developed 21750 cells, each lithium-ion cell has a diameter of 21 millimeters and a length of 75 millimeters, forming a 48V11A configuration. The 21750 battery cell capacity is increased by 35%, and its volume energy density is nearly 20% higher than the original 18650 cells. Jasion Bike employs a quick-detach sealed design for the battery, with multiple layers of protective sheathing achieving an IPX-6 waterproof rating. The battery features removable charging.

Jasion's exclusive design of left and right turn signals is not found in other electric bikes on the market. What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

I received my Jasion Roamer ST and assembled it that afternoon. Remover the battery and allowed it to charge. I never rode an e-bike before. I couldn’t justify the money that a lot of e-bikes cost. This one seemed like a pretty good deal . Installed the battery and tried it out. This bike will take off quickly. Takes some getting use to, especially the pedal assist. The seat is not comfortable. I’ll be getting another seat. Seems to be a quality bike for the price
I had a few questions prior to my purchase and the customer care team was very helpful. Once my bike arrived and assembled, I took my first ride. No need to be nervous...it was so liberating! I now bike almost daily and the bike performance is amazing.
I looked at many e/bikes and settled on a Jasion. I purchased 2 Roamers, one for myself and one for my wife. I am very satisfied with both bikes and have started riding every evening. Since I’m broke and can’t afford to pay cash for insurance in this economy, let me tell you this bike is a game changer! I will say the battery kind of drains a lot when you’re mobbing it to work or anywhere you gotta go. It’s a cruiser bike, but I love this thing. My favorite feature is the turn signals and I love how we have the basket attached to the bike. It doesn’t move, like it stays in one place. This bike will make u feel like a badass
This bike goes fast and up hills. My teens love the bikes. Single mom; I put the bike together from the YouTube video and it was way easier than I thought. Great value, has blinkers, a horn, bright lights, & overall wonderful bike… i bought 3!
At the beginning of the summer my sister and I decided to get these bikes to have for commuting to school and work. We have since taken them on several trips and even got to see bears while riding them! Overall the bikes are great for the price. The only issue I have is that the seats are very uncomfortable so I hope to upgrade soon. Overall, great bikes! Fun has been had by all (Even the dog)!

I bought the EB 5 ST for my daughter so she could ride with me. It's lighter and surprisingly faster than my bike. Very nice looking and the integrated lighting system is a big plus. It will be a lot of fun to ride for a long time
I just love my Jasion bike. It is so fun to ride around, whether it be on a bike trail, around town or a trip to the beach. It is great not to have to pedal or if I choose I can assist. Love the fact it has turn signals, brake light and headlight. It has been a good investment for summer fun!!!!
