Shipping within the Continental United States (Except in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
2. Shipping From
US Local warehouses (CA, NJ)
We provide local UPS, USPS or FedEx, or DHL shipping services. We DO NOT charge Tax. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

3. SHIPPING CHANGES
NO CHARGE for changing the address BEFORE we provide you with the tracking number.
$180 WILL BE CHARGED if Customers refuse to accept the package or undelivered
Change delivery address: Customers need to pay an extra $50 per item if the package has already been delivered to the original address successfully.
Any changes you make to your shipment after the item has shipped, including but not limited to changing your address, placing an order on hold, or updating your shipping settings/preferences, may delay your receipt of the product and replacement and/or refund. If you wish to change the color or size of your e-bike, you must do so before your order is shipped.
Kindly Notes:
- Ebikes are valuable items, and we will arrange separate shipments for you to ensure the safety of the goods during transportation. The express company charges freight accordingly, which is $39 for a single unit and $79 for a double unit. We choose reliable shipping methods for you to ensure that the products you receive are in good condition.
- All items will be shipped separately to ensure that the weight and size of each package are within the courier company's limitations. This helps reduce the risk of damage during shipping and improves overall shipping efficiency. Additionally, shipping items individually allows for better tracking of each package, ensuring you receive your order in a timely manner. - Please note Jasion is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of any parcel service.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For more information regarding our limited warranty and claims process, please review our Limited Warranty Terms, which are incorporated into by reference and form a part of these Terms.
- Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.
- All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
- We charge $10 as shipping for orders under $99.
Specific fees:
- Ebikes:$180/pc for a return
- Accessory:$30/pc for a return
- Battery:$80/pc for a return
- Shipping: non-refundable
Shipping Damage:
Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 7 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated for free.
Damage to a listed part in the Limited Warranty during shipping is not covered by the Limited Warranty, but Jasion will replace such damaged listed parts if you:
Notify support@jasionbike.com of a listed part damaged in the shipping process within 7 days of your receipt of the e-bike;
Provide Jasion with a dated picture of the damaged listed part;
Return all original packaging and paperwork included with the e-bike;
Note any damage to your product(s) on the Bill of Lading before you and the shipper sign-off on the shipment.
Note that shipping damage claims are very time-sensitive and it is your responsibility to immediately inspect the e-bike for damage upon receipt.When all the spare parts for warranty are sent to the customer, the customer will cover the cost of shipping.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage that may occur during shipping if the owner sets up their own shipping option or if the bike is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service.
