What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Iāve owned an EB-5 for 8 months or so. After considerable research I chose the Jaison because of the reviews and its price for my needs. I wanted a sturdy step thru with a long lasting battery. Iāve often wanted to give a review because Iām so beyound pleased with your product.
Because Iām almost 80 I wanted a bike to inspire me to get out more and meet people. Women specifically. I wish I was as lucky with that aspect of biking, but Iām pleased with my good fortune riding my EB so thatās great. The bike is fun to ride. I also appreciate the bikeās battery range, the handlebar positioning, chain guard, and hand grips, the acceleration and the bike looks great. People often say, āNice ride!ā. Iāve ridden on bike trails in New York, Massachetuttes, and Vermont. Usually 50 - 90 miles round trip, peddling up and motoring/peddeling back. I havnāt figured out how to use the peddle assist mode yet, but I donāt need it. At my age itās nice to be able to continue a healthy hobby that Iāve enjoyed since I was a childā¦ a long time ago.
Almosy 800 miles and Iāve only had to change my back tire and tighten a few screws, but Iām thrilled with that. Canāt wait for Spring! Thank you for producing a quality, fun to ride, chick magnet.
