Craftsmanship
From a technological perspective, X-Hunter is equipped with a four-link structure that drives the movement of the entire electric bicycle through a central four-link structure. Combined with the 180mm adjustable front fork suspension, X-Hunter implements a full suspension system, providing riders with excellent suspension performance. 48V13A Battery by Samsung
Utilizing Samsung SDI's newly developed 21750 cells, each lithium-ion cell has a diameter of 21 millimeters and a length of 75 millimeters, forming a 48V13A configuration. The 21750 battery cell capacity is increased by 35%, and its volume energy density is nearly 20% higher than the original 18650 cells. Jasion Bike employs a quick-detach sealed design for the battery, with multiple layers of protective sheathing achieving an IPX-6 waterproof rating. The battery features removable charging and holds UL 2271 international certification.

What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 85% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

I live in the mountains, but I recently folded up my bike and took it to the beach. It was a lot of fun and it was nice to be able just to throw it in the back of the small SUV so far I’ve had no problems with my xHunter and hopefully will be riding it for years to come.
I just got my bike today. Seems decent quality but time will tell. I have 8 miles on it so far ( mostly PAS5 ) and used 2/3 battery but it’s on hills and all throttle. I’ll get a better idea of range soon.
Received new X hunter July. Initial ride very comfortable.

Can now go riding with my family and grandson. It was super easy to assemble check tire pressure before riding. The full suspension was the seller for me. Rides smooth and I just want to keep riding and the additional ride time battery allows me that choice.
