What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
It will take 4-5 hours.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Generally, your order will be shipped within one business day after the order is placed, and package shipping will take approximately 3-5 days.
What is the difference between EB7 2.0 and EB7 ST?
The EB7 ST has a new design step-through with a lower span than before, it is more suitable for older people or people with physical limitations to ride.
Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 95% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

Bought EB7 2.0 after seeing mixed reviews online. Let me tell you how AWESOME this bike is! The fit and finish and ease of installation was piece of cake. Communication with Jasion top notch. Had slight delay in shipping due to I imagine fires in CA and quick response from Jasion was awesome!! I thought my display screen was delaminated but it was just the protective plastic
Covering. Jasion was quick to help troubleshoot and offer assistance!! Today just bought a X-Hunter because I was that impressed! Can’t wait to see what this upgraded model can do!!!! Only regret was I wish I bought them at same time to save few bucks as a bundle! Only criticism would be the disc brakes little squeaky but I’m sure it prob just needs little lubrication. O well!! Front basket will be my next purchase from them!!!! Thx
I have had 5 E-Bikes and 2 of them were Jasion E -bikes and they both were good well built bikes and the price was good also, I have rode the bike in the rain and in temperatures below 32 degrees and the bike performed well.

I I researched E bikes for 2 1/2 months then pulled the trigger on December 21. Jasion answered my questions promptly through their support group. i’ve had my EB7 for 10 days now and couldn’t be happier. After 35 miles I’ve had absolutely zero issues other than people stopping me asking me about the bike. The bike performs just as advertised along with a smooth ride with the dual suspension. It’s given me my life back after suffering a seizure 9/8/24. Within 48 hours my vision went from 20/20 to 20/300 along with losing my driving privileges. Tough pill to swallow after 57 years of perfect vision. The bike which I love has given me my mobility back to enjoy things I love to do from riding with the grandchildren to fishing, short game practice or 18 holes.
