Prior to this, due to unforeseen circumstances, we regretfully had to temporarily suspend our warehouse pickup service. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and deeply appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
The restoration of our pickup service means increased flexibility and quicker access to your desired products for you. Our team has worked tirelessly to ensure that the pickup process is smooth and efficient. You can rest assured that we are committed to providing you with the highest quality service.

For customers selecting warehouse pickup, we will generate a Bill of Lading (BOL) within 3 business days. Customers are required to pick up their orders from the warehouse within three business days upon receiving the BOL. Failure to do will result in storage fees of $10 per day per ebike.
