Important Notice: Self-Pickup Guidelines for Your Orders

Greetings from Jasion! In our continuous effort to meet your diverse delivery needs, we are pleased to offer self-pickup services for your orders. To ensure a smooth and safe pickup process, we have established certain guidelines regarding the vehicles permitted for pickup at our warehouse, in accordance with transportation regulations in the United States.

Please be advised that only specified vehicle types are allowed for pickup at our warehouse. Private vehicles, due to their confined and narrow space, pose a significant safety risk during loading and unloading. Therefore, Jasion's self-pickup warehouse does not accept private vehicles other than the designated vehicle types.

The approved vehicle types for pickup must be pickup trucks capable of directly accessing the warehouse loading dock (box trucks are not supported). We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

Upon receiving your Bill of Lading (BOL), please ensure that you arrange for pickup at our warehouse within three business days. Failure to do so will result in a storage fee of $10 per electric bicycle per day.
