However, we must address the current challenge we face – supplier shortages. Your enthusiastic support has resulted in a surge in pre-orders and some delays in the supply chain may impact delivery schedules. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

As a thank you for your patience and understanding, for all orders placed after April 11th, if not shipped within a week, we will include a free basket (front or rear, your choice) with every bike delivered. Please contact us after receiving your bike. Please note that this compensation is not combined with other discounts.

I did a lot of reading and liked your bike. I am retired military and work for our local school so I got the military discount. I ordered the bike 2 weeks ago and it says if it takes longer than a week you get a basket how does that work since I will not get my bike till after may 2nd since it does not ship till then.
