I don’t care about a free basket you charge me and are using my money way before you get the bikes from china and then you send them out how about don’t charge till it ships

Why is it taking so long to get my bikes ordered them Aug 7 and they still haven’t shipped

I did a lot of reading and liked your bike. I am retired military and work for our local school so I got the military discount. I ordered the bike 2 weeks ago and it says if it takes longer than a week you get a basket how does that work since I will not get my bike till after may 2nd since it does not ship till then.
