What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
It will take 4-5 hours.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Generally, your order will be shipped within one business day after the order is placed, and package shipping will take approximately 3-5 days.
What is the difference between EB7 2.0 and EB7 ST?
The EB7 ST has a new design step-through with a lower span than before, it is more suitable for older people or people with physical limitations to ride.
Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 95% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

I love this Jasion eb7 bike and it's well-built and rides smoothly. The bike comes with a 1-year warranty and a manual with all the necessary information. The battery takes four to five hours to fully charge and can be charged while still attached to the bike. It's worth buying!

We have had this bike for over a year now. And it has held up great! Customer service has been super helpful. They have responded quickly to the two emails I have sent inquiring about the bike. They sent detailed responses for how to trouble shoot any issues. We thought the bike wasn’t working and was about to take it into the local shop and would have had to spend over $100 for them to look at it. Jasion customer service sent an email for things to check and we found out it was just a cord that came unconnected. We plugged it back in and out two teenager boys were back on the road. Highly recommend.
We purchased two bikes after seeing our neighbors riding their bikes and we love them. We put them together quickly and started riding the next day. We enjoy riding around town after work. We like the fact that they have a headlight/brake light if we stay out after dark. We recommend them to everyone that asks about them.
I bought the XHunter for myself a few months ago. Was too tall for the wife so I just bought the EB7 2.0 for her and it’s perfect! Going to put some miles on both of them tomorrow. Seems to be a good quality bike for the money. I got a free basket with my X hunter. Would have been nice to get one with hers too.
Took it on a long road trip. Road the bike on the hard sand at the beach and on the mountain roads. (Check your battery before hitting the trails) Made it to areas that I always wanted to go. Wished they had a webpage for additional add ons or replacement parts! Bike rocks!

This bike will bring you from point A to B quickly. Great battery life as well. The suspension makes it feel like you are driving on clouds.
