Guidance on switching EB7 2.0 on and off and removing batteries
1. On the right side of the electric bike, insert the key into the lock hole. At this time, the electric bike is turned off.
2. Turn the key to the right to start the electric bike.
3. Turn the key to the left to turn the electric bike off. Press the key inward and turn it to the left until the button is recessed. Remove the key and take out the battery.

What's your shipping policy?
Jasion provides shipping within the Continental United States (Except in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
We provide local pickup and UPS, USPS, FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

It will take 4-5 hours.

What is the different between EB7 2.0 and EB7 ST?
The EB7 ST has a new design step-through with a lower span than before, it is more suitable for older people or people with physical limitations to ride.
Does My Jasion E-Bike Come Pre-Assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 95% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

The reasonable price on this had me nervous at first. But when it arrived I was very impressed. Very easy to put together and very solid and I love how transportable it is. The battery will last longer than you will ever need it to end. It is tough as nails.

Purchased it in August for my son’s birthday and have been very pleased with it!! Would recommend it and have to many people looking to buy a E-Bike. The only downside is the front brake has gotten stuck at times and wore out fairly quick. But still 5 ⭐️ s and plan on buying another one for other son!!
I received my bike 5 days ago, but i was out of town and my son assembled it for me. He said it took him about an hour and didn't have any issues putting it together. He took it for a test ride and loved it! He said he almost had it going 30 mph.
I finally got to test ride it today and really enjoyed the ride. The bike ride very solid and felt smooth. This is my first time riding an e- bike and originally planned to purchase two, so my wife and i could ride together. I decided to wait and just purchase one in case i didn't like it or didn't think it was good quality. Well, I'm sold and will be placing an order for a second one for my wife today! I'm looking forward to all the fun times we will have with a pair of the Jasion bikes.
My son is moving to NYC in June and has indicated he wants one too, since he's not taking his car with him.
I haven't ridden my bike enough yet to rate the range, so i will update that information at a later time.
