Design
X-Hunter’s wide tire design demonstrates our pursuit of e-bike performance and stability. The 20-inch x 4-inch wide tires not only provide a larger ground contact area and enhance traction, but also effectively improve driving stability. Craftsmanship
From a technological perspective, X-Hunter is equipped with a four-link structure that drives the movement of the entire electric bicycle through a central four-link structure. Combined with the 180mm adjustable front fork suspension, X-Hunter implements a full suspension system, providing riders with excellent suspension performance. This full-suspension design uses Horst link pivots to provide long-lasting comfort for off-road adventures, allowing riders to enjoy a smooth ride over rough terrain and explore uncharted territory without being limited by terrain.

48V13A Battery by Samsung
Utilizing Samsung SDI's newly developed 21750 cells, each lithium-ion cell has a diameter of 21 millimeters and a length of 75 millimeters, forming a 48V13A configuration. The 21750 battery cell capacity is increased by 35%, and its volume energy density is nearly 20% higher than the original 18650 cells. Jasion Bike employs a quick-detach sealed design for the battery, with multiple layers of protective sheathing achieving an IPX-6 waterproof rating. The battery features removable charging.
Full Suspension System for Ebike
X-Hunter employs a front fork with manually adjustable shock absorption and a four-link mechanism to achieve a high-intensity suspension effect for the entire bike. X-Hunter saddle features a dual shock absorption structure, with dimensions measuring 11 inches in length, 10 inches in width, and 3.15 inches in height, ensuring prolonged comfort during rides.

What's your shipping policy?
Jasion has suspended local pick-up services in the United States. If pick-up services are resumed, we will update the information on our website. Please check the website for updates.
We provide UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 85% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

Took the X-Hunter out on her maiden voyage, and let me tell you, it’s awesome. Did some scouting on rough terrain, no issues. I did about 5 miles down hill, turned around, with pedal assist, it was a breeze coming up. I was impressed with the power and after 10 miles still had all but one bar of battery life. This bike is a steal! Set her up with a Montana Scabbard, looks great.
It took some focus to get the tire off and insert a new tube but I got it done. I suggest anyone who buys one of these E Bikes also buys a couple back up tubes. When the day comes to have and a nail punctures your tire you want to be prepared.
I love my Jasion E Bike, I ride it everywhere. I live in a small town and it save me time and money on gas. Well worth the price and give you something to do with your family

I give 5 stars because this bike rides smooth and does 33mph with the right settings. My headlight stopped working after a couple months but they have shipped a new one and I hope it works when I connect it!
worth the money , we’re very happy with our new e-bike x-hunter , took them out for 55 miles round trip, very smooth , easy to ride, smooth, battery is lasting long and the customer services is excellent, one of the bike was a little damage during delivery , i did contact customer service by email. they reply fast , sent the part quick and because i couldn’t replace the part my self so i had to take the bike to bike shop and Jasion customer service take care of the bill ! thanks
