What's your shipping policy?
Jasion provides shipping within the Continental United States (Except in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
We provide local pickup and UPS, USPS, FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you choose to pick it up, please pick it up from the warehouse within two days since you receive BOL, or the order will be voided. You will need to pay the warehouse placement fee, which is ten dollars per ebike per day.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
It will take 4-5 hours.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Generally, your order will be shipped within one business day after the order is placed, and package shipping will take approximately 3-5 days.
What is the difference between EB7 2.0 and EB7 ST?
The EB7 ST has a new design step-through with a lower span than before, it is more suitable for older people or people with physical limitations to ride.
Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 90% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

Great bike but waiting on our second one. We ordered the combo but wish they would have been sent out together
Just unboxed my EB7 ST, easily assembled and then off for a quick spin.
Had to switch the pedal assist to the lowest setting, so I could get used to it. Very intuitive and easy to control. Have to add the rear basket and then wait for the second bike(back order) then we’ll be off on longer rides.
I purchased two EB7 ST*2 bikes and they both arrived the same day. It only took about 45 minutes to unbox and assemble both of them. They are a little heavier and bigger than I thought they would be but appear to be very well made. I haven't ridden them enough yet to know what the range is. My initial test ride on both of them, showed I reached a top speed of 22 miles an hour without peddling. The only thing I would change would be the location of the ignition key switch which is located on the bottom where the battery slides in the frame.
Bikes came earlier than expected only one issue on one of the bikes the ignition switch is hard to turn on and off have to wiggle it back and forth
Ordered the combo ST models in white. They arrived all days later. Well the first arrive 11 days after order the second arrived on the 12th day. Very easy to finish assembly. Tightened all the fasteners because some were loose. Put about 10 miles in the first one and loved it.
Took our new bikes to Gettysburg National Park in PA and rode the 24 mile loop through all of the battlefields and monuments. Beautiful day in mid-March, bikes ran great, loved that we can carry them inside our Subaru Outback. Suggestion...it is easier to slide the ebike into the back of the car if you first drop it into a 38 gal plastic storage bin (leave bin open on top) and then two people can lift the bin and slide it into the car. This car can fit two bikes and still have room for luggage. Looking forward to many tours around the country.
The bike is actually very nice, has great pickup. These bikes are about 80 lbs each. Comfortable seats , the handle bars are straight up, so that take a minute to get used too. For the life of me why they didn't put any place to put a water bottle, no mounting tips for holders, accessories are not cheap. We did get a fifty dollar off coupon for military. Very nice thank you.
