Jasion provides shipping within the Continental United States (Except in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
We provide local pickup and UPS, USPS, FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you choose to pick it up, please pick it up from the warehouse within two days since you receive BOL, or the order will be voided. You will need to pay the warehouse placement fee, which is ten dollars per ebike per day.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
It will take 4-5 hours.

The EB7 ST has a new design step-through with a lower span than before, it is more suitable for older people or people with physical limitations to ride.

Your e-bike arrives 95% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

Just got my White and Black Jasion EB-7 e-bikes and was fairly easy to assemble took some tweaking ( adjusting brake cables, seat and handlebar height ) but having knowledge of assembling bikes helped. Once that was completed it was time to take it for a test run Lots of fun But I did noticed that I got the white one to go 2 MPH faster than the Black one but not a deal breaker as they go fast enough for me. All in all Great E-Bike for the price and I’m sure it’ll bring my wife and I lots of fun this summer !!! Thank you Jasion for creating an affordable e-Bike !! Highly recommended
We're new to the whole E-Bike thing and are really impressed with what we got. Seemingly well built, assembly was fairly quick and easy and our first ride in the neighborhood was a blast. Very quick and responsive. We're going to like this a lot!
