What's your shipping policy?
Jasion provides shipping within the Continental United States (Except in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
We provide local pickup and UPS, USPS, FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Any delivery dates provided by JASION are estimates.

What's your warranty policy?
All JASION bikes carry a one(1) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).
We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).

What's your return&refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.
In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you choose to pick it up, please pick it up from the warehouse within two days since you receive BOL, or the order will be voided. You will need to pay the warehouse placement fee, which is ten dollars per ebike per day.
Does my height suit EB7 2.0?
The recommended rider height is 5'1"-6'2".
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
It will take 4-5 hours.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Generally, your order will be shipped within one business day after the order is placed, and package shipping will take approximately 3-5 days.
What is the difference between EB7 2.0 and EB7 ST?
The EB7 ST has a new design step-through with a lower span than before, it is more suitable for older people or people with physical limitations to ride.
Does my Jasion ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike arrives 95% assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

I got my husband the Jasison EB7 ST for his birthday & he lives it!
Got the bike, had it for 50 miles so far. I've had to solder the throttle because it came poorly soldered yielding a 22 error. I have had really high speeds, i'm 6 4, 205 lbs, and i've reached 25 mph without pedaling and on small inclines, ive hit 30 mph easy. I have not and likely will never hit the range limit, but this thing has good range that is usable for commuting; my commute is 7 miles and ive never come home to less than 3 bars and I won't pedal. Manufacturing quality of metals seems very high so far. I am concerned about electronics; however, everything on this bike is fixable with a solder iron and tools. Minimum turning radius is a bit large, but it makes up for it with suprisingly good performing motor.
I recommend to someone who has good experience with bikes.
Can’t say enough good things abt this bike. Worth every penny. It’s so fun I just can’t stop riding. I come up with reasons to leave the house just to ride it. Sometimes I just want to ride it! I’m 6’2” 185lbs and this thing moves me around with ease. The acceleration is great. I live in downtown Chattanooga, TN. And this thing gets around town better than a car most times.
We bought 2 bikes and they were so easy to assemble! They are great quality and they ride very smooth. The pedal assist helps on hills and on windy days. We love the bikes!
As a retired engineer, I am very impressed with these bikes. Not only were they packed well, easily assembled, they work perfectly. I am surprised they both are able to hit 25mph without pedaling, and that speed is way faster than I care to go to tell the truth! The build and quality of the welds and fits are beyond my expectations, and the bikes are a blast to ride! They were worth the 2 week wait!

Ordered the combo deal with X Hunter and EB7 2.0 and my GF bike came in and all I can say is it is an amazing bike. I can’t believe how this bike sells for what it does, it is so well made and so easy to assemble and use. It rides so comfortably and the suspension is amazing.
